Domestic Fund Scheme IV was the third domestic scheme launched by Piramal Fund Management Pvt. Ltd. (formerly known as Indiareit). The Fund is a follow-on Fund from Scheme III with a mandate to focus on real estate development, predominantly investing in Tier 1 cities with a residential focus.
The Fund is fully raised, deployed and is currently in the process of exiting its investments.

Indiareit MUMBAI REDEVELOPMENT FUND

Mumbai Redevelopment Fund is the fourth fund in the series of domestic funds launched by Piramal Fund Management Pvt. Ltd. (formerly known as Indiareit). The fund was launched with an objective of investing in a portfolio comprising primarily of slum rehabilitation projects and projects involving redevelopment of MHADA (Maharashtra Housing and Development Authority) colonies and cessed properties. The fund had an initial close on April 3rd, 2012.
The fund is fully raised, closed, deployed and is currently in the process of exiting its investments. The fund’s exits are based on self-liquidation and third party sale.

Indiareit Fund Scheme V is the fifth Fund in the series of domestic Funds launched by Piramal Fund Management Pvt. Ltd. (formerly known as Indiareit).
The Fund is in the process of exiting from residual investments.

APARTMENT FUND

Indiareit Apartment Fund is a Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) focused on acquiring residential apartments in Tier I markets. The fund is focused on underwriting projects at a significant discount to the market, by offering a bulk purchase of residential units to the developer. The fund had an initial close on September 22nd, 2014. The fund has received commitments from several HNIs in India.
The fund is fully raised, closed, deployed and is currently in the process of exiting its investments. The fund’s exits are based on sale of units and buy back from developer.

Piramal Fund Management Pvt. Ltd. provides Investment Advisory services to IIFL Income Opportunities Series – Special Situations that was launched in January 2014 by IIFL Private Equity. The Fund is closed.
